Products and Use
Centrifugal Blowers are used to blow off equipment, food cans, wheels, bottles, sheet metal, and much more. Whether you are drying your products or blowing off dust or metal, our blowers are sized for your job to provide maximum benefits.
Airsweeps are used to facilitate the flow of material from a hopper to your conveyor, bag, truck, or any other system used to empty the hopper, without the need for banging on the side of the hopper or shaking it. Airsweeps work with a solenoid valve connected to compressed air. Each airsweep on the hopper emits a burst of air at intervals to keep the material flowing, reducing downtime needed to empty the hopper.
Filtration/Strainers:
Miller-Leaman Turbo-Disc water filters are self-cleaning units used to filter unwanted particulate and other contaminants from cooling tower water, chilled water, and process water. They can be used in both full-flow and side-stream applications. The filter media never needs to be removed or replaced. An on-board controller monitors the differential pressure across the filter system and triggers a backwash when the filter becomes dirty.
The Thompson Strainer is used for full-flow cooling water applications. It is designed to remove particulate and debris from chiller and cooling tower water systems. The strainer features an inverted conical screen element and dynamic water flow, which forces heavier particulate (such as sediment, rust particles, etc.) to fall into a debris reservoir at the base of the strainer, keeping the filter screen clear.
